Shipping Policy
WHERE WE SHIP: we only ship our products to addresses (including PO Boxes) within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. We do not ship to APO, FPO, Alaska, or Hawaii.
SHIPPING RATES: we offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $8.00 on all orders.
FREE SHIPPING: orders totaling $35.00 or more qualify for free shipping.
PROCESSING & HANDLING: orders are typically processed and shipped the same or next business day, provided inventory is available.
QUALITY ASSURANCE: to ensure your chocolate arrives in perfect condition, we utilize insulated packaging and ship monday through thursday. shipping methods are adjusted based on your location and current weather conditions to prevent melting or damage during transit.
SHIPPING SAFEGUARD: orders placed after thursday at 2:00 PM EST will be held for shipment the following monday to maintain the integrity of the product over the weekend.
Returns & Damaged Goods
PERISHABLE POLICY: due to the nature of our handcrafted chocolate, we do not accept returns on food items.
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT: if your product is not intact upon arrival due to a mistake in transport, we will offer your choice of a full refund or a replacement.
REPORTING WINDOW: any issues, including damage or melting during transit, must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION: to process a claim and prevent fraudulent activity, customers must provide a brief description of the issue along with photo evidence of the damaged product and packaging.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY: please ensure someone is available to receive the package upon delivery. we are not responsible for damage caused by packages being left outdoors or uncollected for extended periods.
RETAIL PURCHASES: this policy applies only to orders placed directly through our website. for products purchased through our retail partners, please refer to that specific store's return policy.
